At Viral Sweets Club (VSC), your safety is extremely important to us. Please read the information below carefully before placing an order.
Ingredient Information
A full ingredient list is provided on each product page. Customers must review this information carefully before purchasing.
Our ingredient information is taken directly from the manufacturer’s packaging, official websites or product data sheets. VSC is not a manufacturer — we are a reseller — and therefore we do not produce or control the ingredients of the products we sell.
Whilst we make every effort to provide accurate, clear and transparent ingredient and allergen information, manufacturers may change recipes, formulations or production methods at any time without notice.
We review and update ingredient information when products are restocked and do our utmost to keep product listings current. However, we strongly advise customers to contact us before ordering if they have any concerns regarding specific ingredients or allergens.
If you are buying for yourself or for someone with a food allergy, intolerance or dietary requirement, it is your responsibility to check the ingredients listed for each individual product.

Allergen Handling
Our sweets are sourced from multiple manufacturers and may be repacked, handled or stored in environments where the following allergens are present:

CELERY • CEREALS containing gluten (wheat, spelt, khorasan, rye, barley, oats) • MILK • TREE NUTS (almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, brazil nuts, cashews, pecans, pistachio, macadamia • PEANUTS • SESAME SEEDS • SOYBEANS • MUSTARD, LUPIN (vegetables peas, beans, flour etc) • crustaceans • FISH • MOLLUSCS • SULPHUR DIOXIDE and SULPHITES over 10mg/kg or 10mg/litre • EGG •
Whilst we take care when handling all products, we cannot guarantee that any item is completely free from cross-contact with allergens.
For this reason, we do not recommend our products for customers with severe or life-threatening allergies.
Repacked & Mixed Products
Most of our products are repacked into smaller quantities or included in mixed selections.
Where this occurs:

Original manufacturer ingredient information is used.

Cross-contact between different sweets is possible during packing.

Mixed products may contain multiple allergens.
If you require individual manufacturer packaging due to allergy concerns, please contact us before ordering.
Customer Responsibility
By placing an order, you confirm that:

You understand that VSC cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment, although we obviously try our absolute best to ensure UK Food Safety and Hygiene Laws and practices are followed at all times.
Severe Allergies
If you or the intended recipient has a severe allergy, we strongly advise against purchasing unpackaged or mixed confectionery products.
