Returns & Refunds Policy (Food products)
Due to the nature of food products, we are unable to accept returns of sweets or edible items once they have been despatched, unless the items are damaged, faulty or incorrect.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the issue. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Food safety and hygiene
For hygiene and food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of food items that have been opened, partially consumed, or where the packaging or seal has been broken.
Change of mind
Under UK consumer law, the usual 14-day cancellation period does not apply to perishable food products. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind once food items have been dispatched.
Unopened items
In limited circumstances we may accept returns of sealed, unopened items if you contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Items must be returned unused, unopened and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse refunds if returned items are not in a resalable condition. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Pick & mix products
For pick & mix sweets or customised selections, returns cannot be accepted as these products are prepared to order and cannot be resold.
Refunds
Please note: We may request photographs of damaged or incorrect items before issuing a replacement or refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 working days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Natural Product Variations
Many confectionery products are handmade or produced in batches and may vary slightly in colour, shape, size, texture or appearance from the images shown on our website.
Lighting, photography, and screen settings may also cause colours to appear slightly different from the actual product.
Pick & mix sweets may occasionally contain slight variations between batches, and some items may stick together during packing or transit.
These natural variations are normal for confectionery products and do not affect the taste, safety, or quality of the sweets.
For this reason, small variations in appearance are not considered a fault and are not eligible for refund or replacement.
