Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world depending on Customs Regulations. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Shipping conditions
Some confectionery products may soften or melt during warm weather or when exposed to high temperatures during transit.
Whilst we take care to pack orders carefully, we cannot guarantee that sweets will not be affected by heat during shipping, particularly during warmer months or when parcels are left in warm environments such as delivery vehicles, lockers, or doorsteps.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that heat-sensitive products such as chocolate, gummies, and foam sweets may soften, melt, or change shape during delivery.
We recommend ensuring someone is available to receive the parcel promptly and storing sweets in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight once delivered.
Changes in appearance caused by temperature (such as melting or sticking together) do not affect the safety or quality of the product and are therefore not considered a fault eligible for refund or replacement.
