1. About Us

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of this website and the purchase of products from our online store.

This website is operated by Viral Sweets Candy Club.

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Products

We make every effort to display products as accurately as possible. However, due to the nature of confectionery products, there may be slight variations in colour, shape, size, or appearance between batches. Product images are for illustration purposes only and may not represent the exact product received. All sweets are subject to availability.

3. Food Safety & Allergens

Many of our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens including milk, wheat, gluten, soy, peanuts, tree nuts and other allergens.

Ingredient information is provided where available. However, products may be manufactured or packed in facilities that also handle allergens.

Customers with food allergies or intolerances should carefully review product information before consuming any item.

4. Orders

By placing an order you confirm that:

  • You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

  • The information you provide is accurate and complete.

Once an order is placed you will receive an order confirmation email. This does not constitute acceptance of the order. We reserve the right to cancel orders if products are unavailable or if there has been an error in pricing or product description.

5. Pricing

All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time the order is placed.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times provided are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs processes, or circumstances outside our control. Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery details are correct at the time of ordering. 

7. Heat & Product Condition

Some confectionery products may soften, melt, or stick together during warm weather or transit. While we take care to package products carefully, we cannot guarantee that sweets will not be affected by temperature during shipping. Changes in appearance caused by temperature do not affect product safety or quality and are not considered faults eligible for refund.

8. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of food products, we are unable to accept returns of sweets once dispatched unless items are damaged, faulty, or incorrect. For hygiene and food safety reasons, food items that have been opened or where seals have been broken cannot be returned. Please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy for full details.

9. Pick & Mix Products

Pick & mix products are prepared to order and cannot be returned unless the items are faulty or incorrect.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
